ThermoJacket® B is a coated sleeve designed to provide superior insulation protection for Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) tubes. The sleeve easily withstands 400 hour soaks at +370ºC (+698ºF) with no discoloration of the coating. As an insulator, ThermoJacket® B is used to provide maximum fuel efficiency and lowered emissions.
Constructed entirely of braided fiberglass, ThermoJacket® B allows excellent flexibility in temperatures as low as -70ºC (-94ºF). The product is covered with a black high-temperature coating to ensure maximum insulating efficiency and protection to surrounding components.
